The building's complex layout, including office spaces and meeting rooms, posed challenges for optimal sprinkler placement. Additionally, the system needed to integrate with existing HVAC and lighting systems while maintaining the building’s design integrity and meeting strict fire safety regulations.

Our Solution

Fire Protection BIM created a detailed 3D model to accurately position sprinklers and piping, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. This approach optimised coverage and complied with all fire safety codes, while minimising disruption to building operations.

Results

The project is progressing on schedule, with the new system set to significantly enhance fire protection throughout Thirty High. The detailed 3D modelling has facilitated efficient planning and installation, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimal impact on daily operations.
